Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Ramy Brook purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must have all original tags attached and be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original method of payment.
